A Fan of Flan

So we had our friends Adam and Suzanne over last night for dessert and games. Our friend, Sharon, had made this great fruit flan awhile back while we were at their place and I decided to make it. It was delicious with some whipped cream and fresh strawberries and blackberries. Its really easy to make (only 1 bowl to mix) and 20 minutes to bake. A great summer dessert.
